We founded SHIROKARA with one goal: to provide our customers with a fair and enjoyable shopping experience.

SHIROKARA uses vegetable dyeing techniques and many of its products are available for pre-order, as they cannot be mass-produced.

Sale condition

We deliver by Colissimo in France and Colissimo International.

- For France,

if the product is in stock, orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 hours and on average delivered in 5 to 7 working days by Colissimo.

All deliveries are tracked.

- For France, Free delivery from 100 € of purchase.

  For International.  Free delivery from 150 € of purchase.

  * The micro-enterprise is under the VAT exemption system. It does not charge VAT.

An item you want but is no longer in stock, click on the button ” Pre-Order”.

We'll let you know as soon as we have them back in stock.

Some colors are not reproduced.In this case, the button ”Notify When Available”will be displayed. If you must have it, please contact us by clicking this button.

If you order several items at the same time, the delivery time for each item may vary. In the event of a delay in shipment, you will be informed by e-mail.

Payments

You can use your credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Exchange or refund

According to article L. 121-20 of the consumer code, if you encounter any problem with our products or that they do not suit you, you have 14 days to let us know. We can then proceed to an exchange or a refund.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the product purchased and the delivery costs will be refunded, the return costs being borne by the customer. The product must be returned in its original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that it can be resold in new condition. If possible, please include a copy of the proof of purchase.

Refund method: by bank transfer after contacting the seller.

How to use a promo code?

If you have received a promo code, for example as part of a campaign, you can enter and use this code from ”My cart.

This section is in the same position when consulting this site from any language.
